Spirit of love, power, and sound mind!!

Hello there,

“For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self control.” 2 Timothy 1:7

God designed us with two nervous systems: parasympathetic ( para=rest) and sympathetic (fight or flight). The original purpose for the sympathetic nervous system is for us to run from a lion or a bear. Currently, the sympathetic nervous system gets activated when we become fearful over situations we cannot control or when we become fearful of traumatic events reoccurring. We create a film that we constantly replay of these traumatic events that eventually gets played  in our current relationships. The fear of these traumatic events reoccurring bleeds into our relationships, which takes us away from our secondary purpose. Our secondary purpose is to create heaven on earth, which includes creating and maintaining healthy meaningful relationships. Fear is the driving factor that deter us from having healthy relationships. Also, fear is the opposition of faith. For God is a faithful being, and we were made in His image ! This indicates that faith is a part of our divine design. In clinical trials, placebos prove that faith affects our temples and psyche. For our faith activates Gods power within us. For our faithfulness to ourselves and one another transcends Gods love from the spiritual to physical realm. For our faithfulness to God activates our obedience to love, serve, honor, and encourage one another. We were not designed to be in fear because fear is false evidence appearing real. We were designed to be faithful just like our Father. Father, please keep reminding us to be faithful to you and those we love. Please move us to want to continue to be faithful to those who may be difficult to love. Please continue to strengthen our faith. Please allow us to always remember that we were not designed to be in fear but we were designed to be love and to show love! Thank you for creating us because you love us!
