Light of the World

Good Morning to the light of my life, ✨✨

“You are the light of the world like a city in a hilltop that cannot be hidden.” Matthew 5:14 ESV 

As a child, I remember when I was attending Metropolitan Spiritual and the choir sang this song 🎵 “Jesus is the light of the world” ! 🌎 I was always happy whenever they sang that song! I would jump up start praising the Lord ! My cheeks would become rosy red, and I would have the biggest smile on my face ! I always believed that Jesus was the light of the world but it never dawned on me until recently that we all are the light too!! For the world always say that there is a light at the end of the tunnel but I’m here to tell you that is far from the TRUTH! The light is not at the end of the tunnel. The light is within you! You are the light! Whenever you feel any darkness around you remember that once you accept Jesus Christ His light is within you! In a world full of darkness you are that beaming light hidden on a hill! Father, we thank you for sending us Jesus! We thank you for allowing Him to be the light within us! We ask thee to help us always remember that we are the light during our darkest days! We ask that you continue to let our light illuminate our lives so that others can see you through us! We ask that you let our light help build up your kingdom so we can have more brothers and sisters in Christ! We just want them to be 🆓 like you allowed us to be! Thank you so much for this Father! May our light glorify you! In Jesus name. Amen. 🙏🏽
