Having a Firm Foundation

Having a Firm Foundation

Hello my sweets. 🍬

Lately, it seems as if most of you have been struggling with fear. Fear of rejection, fear of abandonment, fear of loneliness, and insecurity that is stemmed from fear. Fear is the root of 90 percent of our troubles. Fear can deter us from our relationships even our relationship with Christ since that is supposed to be build off faith. All of your relationships should be built off faith including your relationship with yourself. These fears indicate that our foundation is not as firm as it seems. God is revealing our foundation in Him needs to be firm. If you are in fear of rejection then God told you many times that the world rejected me so they will reject you. In 2 Corinthians 10:5 it states to take captive of your thoughts and make them obey Christ. We make our thoughts obey Christ by applying His word to our daily thoughts. If we have a thought and it does not align with His word then we shall throw it in the trash. If we have a thought and it does align with His word then we shall place it in the treasure chest. We shall memorize scriptures and apply it to our lives so that we do not allow any opportunities to cause us to be out of alignment of Gods word and will. God is not the only opportunist but Satan is as well. However, God does allow Satan to do things to further our growth in development within Christ. Therefore, always stay encouraged my dear friends. Never let rejection, abandonment, loneliness, and insecurities direct your paths. Allowing fear of rejection to occur means that you either have cracks in your foundation or it is built off sand. When the wind blows the sand shifts. For we cannot be sand shifters! Those are methods from the world! These are trend setters that constantly change! Our foundation should be on Christ and His teachings! Consistently apply His teachings to your life and you shall be free! When you do have fear of rejection, abandonment, loneliness, and insecurities then ensure that you surrender to Gods teachings over your feelings. Surrender to the rock not your feelings. Surrender to His word not your feelings. For the world wants us to constantly dwell on our feelings, but if we dwell into our feelings for too long, then we shall miss the opportunity of being in Gods presence. Gods presence is in the present, which is a gift. Stay encouraged ! Love you allπŸ’•πŸ«‚
